The Principal will host the elections at our Annual General Meeting, and all positions will be declared vacant. The executive positions are as described in the Constitution: President; Vice-President; Secretary; Vice-Secretary; Treasurer; and Vice-Treasurer. A quick snapshot of the positions are below.
If you are considering becoming part of the Executive Team please email the P&C for a full position description of your preferred role. When you have decided if you want to nominate for a position, we will need you to complete a nomination form prior to the AGM evening.
You do not need to hold an executive role to be part of BHSS P&C. Please fill out a membership form and become a member to be able to vote at the AGM and also to vote on items at general meetings. If you require a membership form please email pandc@baldhillss.eq.edu.au . Membership forms can also be collected from the tuckshop for the fortnight leading up to the AGM.
